Zak & Jenny’s

In 1993 Zak & Jenny’s Milk Bar entered the ‘Milk Bar Awards’ in the hope that their mix of traditional Australian and Lebanese products will win them gold. Sadly for them they won silver, but in 1994 the Raffoul family’s taste buds were satisfied when they won gold.

Owners Zak and Jenny Raffoul have operated the family business for the past 22 years catering for the needs of the local community.  In 1992 the couple won third prize in the competition titled “Search for the best Milk Bar” in the state of Victoria – the one that gave that little extra points is where customers were served with a simile, stocks were maintained and products were easy to locate.

Originally from Lebanon, Zak & Jenny have lived in Williamstown for over 35 years.  Mr Raffoul has always wanted to start a business and found that operating a Milk Bar was, and still is a rewarding experience.

The family business is located in Williamstown on the Corner of Forster Street and Railway Crescent.  Located opposite the Milk bar is the Williamstown Hospital and Williamstown Beach Train Station.  Zak & Jenny’s Milk Bar is also located off The Esplanade – walking distance to the main Beach.
