The outstanding example of Arak, Lebanon’s national drink, is made with the finest grape alcohol, to which aniseed from the Al Heenah area of Mount Hermon (considered the finest aniseed in the world) is added. The spirit is distilled to release the purest arak, which is then aged for two years in clay jars. Served with water and ice.

Tazka, an authentic Lebanese Arak made from the finest grapes of the mountain vinyards of Lebanon and specially selected aniseed, which is then matured  for 5 years in clay jars.

Tazka Arak has an alcohol percentage of 53% and is available in 3 different sizes.

 

Arak : Arak Fakra – $46.20

Extra special ” Baladi ” Arak, distilled in keeping with the ancestral Lebanese traditions with a selection of clusters of grapes and top-quality aniseed . It is then aged until maturity in baked clay jars which gives it a taste unlike any other.

Fakra contains 55% Alcohol and is available in 700ml Bottle.

 

Arak : Arak Brun – $46.20

Produced from the finest grapes of Lebanon and blended with fresh anise all selected with great care, Arak Brun is the world’s most famous arak which is processed traditionally using a three-stage distillation.  The crystal clear arak is then aged inside old clay jars situated in the Property’s cellars. This pure traditional process grants Arak Brun a fine softness and a pleasant taste.

Arak : Arak Mi Jana – $46.20

AL Mijana Arak is a traditional lebanese pure grape arak which is produced exclusively from the highest quality of  grapes and green anise, which is then triple distilled in an Alambic Charentais using vine wood embers followed by a two year maturing process in clay jars.

Arak Al Mijana contains 53% Alcohol and is available in 750ml Bottle.

 

Arak : Arak Ksarak – $46.20

Producing the Ksarak Arak, the grapes are first fermented, then the first distillation releases the alcohol from wine in Ksara’s unique and most modern distillation column.  Ksarak only uses aniseed from the reputed Mount Hermon’s Al Heeneh area.  In the final process of Ksarak, the Arak is matured for two years in clay jars.
