The stuffed Silverbeet Leaves are cooked the same way as the Vine Leaves. Lebanese cooks use only a little tomato in their recipes, but in other countries of the world it is more traditional not to overwhelm their subtle flavor with garlic, tomato, vinegar or other strong flavours.
